Il “Premio Lasterketa Burua” è un riconoscimento al corridore che più si è contraddistinto per la combattività. Non sarà riservato solo a chi andrà in fuga, ma a coloro che si distingueranno per un modo di correre aggressivo: gli uomini di classifica, o comunque i favoriti, che attaccheranno da lontano, rischiando il tutto per tutto, avranno quindi buone possibilità di battere chi entrerà in una fuga da lontano. Ovviamente attaccare più volte sarà degno di maggiore riconoscenza. Consegnato con cadenza settimanale, ci saranno anche premiazioni speciali per alcune corse, ad esempio per GT e classiche. Viene assegnato al ciclista votato dalla maggioranza dei cinque membri del nostro gruppo.

The “Premio Lasterketa Burua” is an award given to the cyclist that showed more combactivity. It won’t be reserved only for the breakaway riders, but for those that distinguished themselves for an aggressive style of racing: GC riders, or favourites, that will attack from afar, trying the “all or nothing”, will have good chances of beating who will enter in the morning break. Obviously attacking more times will be worthy of more praises. Awarded weekly, there will be special editions for some races, GTs and classics for example. It will be given to the cyclist voted from the majority of the five members of our group.

Ruben Plaza – Vuelta a Castilla y Leon – 22/04/18
